*The Bruc Vest will keep your heart warm while leaving your arms free! It is an easy-to-wear layering piece, inspired by traditional Fair Isle knitting. The sample features a rich, autumnal colour palette, but don’t be afraid to play with colour to create your own unique look!* *The vest is worked from the bottom up, entirely in the round, with steeks for the armholes and neckline. Once the body is complete, the steeks are cut, and stitches are picked up to finish the armholes and neckline with ribbing. Suggested needle: 3.5 mm / US 4. **NEEDLES** **Needle A: Stranded colourwork** Circular needle in the size needed to achieve gauge in stranded colourwork. - 80 cm / 32" cable for sizes 1–5 and 100 cm / 40” cable for sizes 6–10. Suggested needle: 3.5 mm / US 4. **Needle B: Ribbing** Circular needle three sizes smaller than the main needle (Needle A). - Body: 80 cm / 32" cable for sizes 1–5 and 100 cm / 40” cable for sizes 6–10, - Neckband and armbands: 40 cm / 16" cable for all sizes.
