Downtown Market Vest

The Downtown Market Vest features 2x1 ribbing throughout for an oversized three season vest with minimal but thoughtful shaping. Construction: Beginning at the back of the neck, increases are worked to create the shoulder width (drop-shoulder) and then worked back and forth with increases to shape the back of the armholes. The front chest panels are picked up from each shoulder and worked individually until the neckline and armholes are shaped. Once completed, the front panels and back panel are joined and worked back and forth until the hem. The vest is finished with an applied i-cord hem with ribbing along the buttonbands and armholes.
