There are many different customisations, including options for V shaped waistband, fold over waist band, normal waist band, height of the ribbing and length of the skirt. (all details of these can be seen on the later pictures above) and all the techniques have video links if needed :) It is suitable for advanced beginners/intermediates. It is suitable for any yarn weight, so it is super versatile. The ease of the stockinette portion is also customisable so you can make it exactly the fit you would like!
