Wyo To WeHo Baby Blanket

Wyo to WeHo blends the more "rough" texture of garter stitch with a luxurious yarn, color-play, and a touch of math to create a baby blanket for all. This pattern focuses more on the method of transitioning two strands of yarn to trick the eye into seeing more stripes than the number of colors used. Gauge is relatively unimportant - You will want to use a needle that creates a squishy, drapey, snuggly fabric. For my knitting, that was a size 9. **Very Important Note:** This pattern is knit with yarn held double. To achieve this with a single ball of yarn, you will knit with the center AND outer end of yarn at the same time. For the gradient sections, you will work with one strand of two different colors. Wyo to WeHo comes from my current residence and the residence of the recipients of this original design - I currently reside in SW Wyoming and the adorable twin boys that these blankets were created for are in West Hollywood, California.
