The Perfect Gentleman Tie

The Perfect gentleman tie is just that! Perfect! I made so many of them and tried to perfect it so that it lays flat when knotted. I made a gazillion (well maybe that's an exageration) ties just to get it to perfection and I feel that all the work paid off! You will need to know: 1. Provisional cast on 2. Decreses/Increase 3. Three needle bind off 4. Working in the round This tie is a standard man size but it can easily be adjusted for longer or shorter lenghts. Please make sure to block your tie as that will make a HUGE difference in the look of the tie. Superwash merino wool sems to work best as the stitches lay so beautifully flat after wet blocking.
