**Meet Il Colletto marchigiano (Le col marquis), a delicate knitted collar, to wear on your jumpers, coats and blouses.** This collar has a very peculiar history, it was created during my stay at Fattoria La Rocca (in the Marchese) where they created a wonderful yarn, Il filato dei custodi. It is an exclusive blend of rustic yarn spinned with a thread of silk. The contrast between the two fibers create a unique texture : thick but delicate, light and warm. I wanted to give tribute to this amazing texture by creating a pattern enhancing these differents aspects. This is how Il Colletto marchigiano (Le col marquis) was born.  Its shape and style evoke historical attire—specifically the ruffles and lace of the Renaissance—while its rustic texture, enhanced by silk, pays homage to the countryside and more rustic garments. Its name is a nod to the Marche region—where it was created and where Fattoria La Rocca is located—as well as to its shape, which recalls the ruffs once worn by marquises. **Size :** one  size. **Measurements finished :** The finished collar measures 40 cm (diameter) with 15 cm wide panels and 48 cm ties. Il s'agit d'un mélange exclusif associant un fil rustique à un fil de soie. Le contraste entre ces deux fibres crée une texture unique : à la fois épaisse et délicate, légère et chaude. J'ai souhaité rendre hommage à cette texture exceptionnelle en concevant un modèle qui en sublime les différentes facettes. C'est ainsi qu'est né Il Colletto marchigiano (Le col marquis). Sa forme et son style évoquent à la fois des tenues historiques, les volants et dentelle de la Renaissance, tandis que sa texture rustique réhaussée par la soie vient rendre hommage à la campagne et à des tenues plus rustiques. Si tratta di una miscela esclusiva che unisce un filato rustico a un filato di seta. Il contrasto tra queste due fibre crea una texture unica: spessa e delicata, leggera e calda al tempo stesso. Ho voluto rendere omaggio a questa texture eccezionale, creando un capo che ne esaltasse le diverse sfaccettature. Così è nato Il Colletto marchigiano. La sua forma e il suo stile richiamano sia gli abiti storici, le balze e i pizzi del Rinascimento, sia la sua texture rustica, impreziosita dalla seta, omaggia la campagna e l'abbigliamento più tradizionale.
