The Seoul Spring Skirt is worked seamlessly from the top down. The elastic band is first joined to form a loop, then enclosed within a knitted waistband. From the waistband, the skirt is worked in the round with gradual increases to shape the hips before transitioning into the repeating lace sections that make up the lower portion of the skirt.
