Lucky Cardi

The Lucky Cardi is a top-down circular yoke cardigan that is worked flat with the sleeves in the round. It is knit in one main piece, and then the arm holes are created by sectioning them off from the front and back onto scrap pieces of yarn to hold the stitches. The body is then worked from the live stitches on the needles. Then the sleeves are worked in the round by picking up stitches that were previously set aside. The sleeves and hem are finished with a 2x1 ribbing with a rolled hem. The last steps in this pattern are the button bands. Skill Level - Beginner / Intermediate
