Core Cowl

CORE COWL Core Cowl is a lightweight cashmere neck warmer designed to be worn under a jacket as an extra layer of warmth around the neck and shoulders. It is thin, soft and comfortable to wear directly against the skin. The cowl is worked from the top down. First, the neck is worked in double rib, then the shoulders are shaped with increases. The front and back are worked separately and finished with a picked-up edge. SIZE One size MEASUREMENTS Width: 29.5 cm measured from shoulder to shoulder Length: 32.5 cm measured from the cast-on edge at the back of the neck GAUGE 23 sts × 32 rows in stockinette stitch on 3.5 mm needles = 10 × 10 cm NEEDLES 3 mm circular needles (40 and 80 cm) 3.5 mm circular needles (40 and 60 cm) Needle sizes are a guide only. Always use the needle size needed to achieve the correct gauge. YARN 75 g Gepard Cashmere Klassik, 25 g = 105 m or 75 g Cardiff Cashmere Classic, 25 g = 112 m The cowl is worked holding one strand of yarn throughout.
