Ladies of the Canyon

A long, narrow rectangular stole, 55 x 210 cm, with lace motifs from the Shetland tradition. A wide lace border, above it a garter stitch section, topped with a narrow lace edging. Beads were used in the sample, and placement is indicated on the charts. They are however optional, as is the placement. Fell free to follow your own star here.... If you would like the shawl deeper than 55cm - increase the length of the garter stitch section, and/or add a vertical repeat (or 2) to Chart 1.
