Happy Space Overlay Mosaic

Happy Space was originally published as a 13-part CAL in issues 121 to 133 of Crochet Now magazine, ending in April 2026. It is worked using the overlay mosaic crochet technique, and finished off with a pretty envelope border to hide the loose ends. This listing is for the **complete pattern**, and includes full written instructions, alongside clear marked charts and in-progress photos to help you see how it should look at various stages. To simplify the abbreviations, and avoid the need for separate UK and US versions, the pattern is written in my ’Universal’ terms (I developed these terms for the Jacquard Temperature Blanket and have also used them in all my subsequent overlay mosaic crochet CALs and patterns). If you want a different size you can simply add or subtract multiples of 48 stitches to/from the starting 197 stitches, and the pattern includes information to help you calculate the amount of yarn you would need for a different size.
