Measurements Height: approx. 70 cm / 27½ in Length: approx. 175 cm / 69 in Materials Lang Yarns Merino 200, 100% Virgin Wool, Merino Extra Fine, Superwash, 150 g – 3 balls Lang Yarns Lace, 58% Mohair (Superkid), 42% Silk, 75 g – 3 balls Worked with one strand of Merino 200 held together with one strand of Lace throughout. Gauge 17 sts and 27 rows in pattern on 5 mm (US 8) needles = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4 in. Method The shawl is worked from the centre out. Stitches are increased continuously along the CS and on both sides of the CS on every right-side row until the shawl is complete. The top part of the shawl is worked in garter ridges – knit stitches on both right-side and wrong-side rows, except for the CS and ES, which are worked as instructed. The bottom part of the shawl is a lace pattern, worked from the chart or the written instructions. The Frigg Shawl is worked back and forth and finished with an i-cord edge. Der tages løbende masker ud langs KM og på begge sider af MM på alle retsidepinde indtil sjalet er strikket færdigt. Den øverste del af sjalet strikkes med retriller – retmasker på både ret- og vrangside bortset fra MM og KM som strikkes efter anvisningen. Sjalets nederste del er et lacemønster som strikkes efter diagram eller tekst. Frigg sjal strikkes frem og tilbage og afsluttes med en icordkant.
