Lovely Links

This pattern will be available on Aug. 16th, 2026 - pls check back if you are interested. ------------------------ The shawl starts with a central triangle and is then split and 2 sides worked separately. It's a very easy relaxing knit. Please note that the pattern is CHARTED only - but there are 2 sets of charts - one for light MC and one for dark MC, because both work equally well. The shawl looks great worked with gradient, self-striping or handspun yarn - either 2 that work together, or one with a solid yarn. I first made one of these over 10 years ago, but it took a while for me to finally write it up as it requires a lot of charts - but for those knitting it's really quite easy. Several of mine went to family and friends so for me it also reminds me of family/friend links. The name "Lovely Links" was suggested by one of my regular testers - [LauraGB](/people/LauraGB) - so thanks go to her for that.
