Spring in bloom shawl

This is a simple scarf that knits up really fast. It is knit top down. The shape is a shallow triangel. The flower texture is an easy stitch to learn and achieve. I also found this pattern to be perfect for using up either that beautiful special single skein or using some left-over stash. Maybe you'd like a version where you have one colour as the "background" and then different colours for the flowers? You can also easily adjust the size of the shawl, by either changing the type of yarn and/or needles you use. Or by adding/omitting the amount of flower sections. Happy knitting!
