Astrid's Birds on a wire blanket

It started with the rainbow edge… I don’t throw any yarn away (of course) and had so many small bits of yarn stashed. And I had drawn this bird a while back which also takes small bits of yarn, so decided to make the perfect stash-buster blanket! So, it became Birds on a wire… This blanket is done in Interlocking crochet, and the pattern comes with instructions on the technique itself, plus photo tutorials on how to get started and how to make the colour changes. I chose Scheepjes Catona and used a lot of colours, the pattern includes a list of all the ones used, and how many grams of each. I added a “colouring page” for you to play around with your colour preferences based on your existing stash.
