Melt the ICE Toque

An alternative to the original resistance hat. This one has a longer top. It takes one skein of Rios which is 210 yards. This is enough to make the tassle and icord. We knit it at 5.5 to the inch so it would be tightly knit and warm. Double the ribbing to fold up and make it even warmer. You could also use a DK weight yarn. Needle size 5 in 16" circular and double points (or magic loop) for the top decreasing.
