Herbalist Apothecary Shawl

*This shawl was designed for the Yarnfloozy x Loopine ‘Herbalist Apothecary’ 2025 Advent. It uses one full skein and 12 mini skeins of 4ply/fingering-weight yarn.* *This shawl uses increase and decreases to create a biased rectangle shape, and features alternating sections of garter stitch and lace panels. You can mix and match the lace sections, or make them longer or shorter depending on what yarns you choose to use.* *If you aren’t using an advent, this project would work also well with scrap yarns or yarn combos from your stash!* **Needles**: 4mm / US Size 6 circular needle (at least 32” length) *Note: Shawl is knit flat* **Notions**: Tapestry needle (for finishing), stitch markers (optional) to keep track of lace repeats **Yarn**: Yarnfloozy x Loopine 'Herbalist Apothecary' Advent 2025 on the Machinist base **If substituting yarn, approximate amounts required**: 400 metres / 437 yards for yourmain colour, plus 80 metres / 87 yards (~20 grams) for each of 12 contrast colours
