Gigi Glitz Shawl

The Gigi Glitz shawl is inspired by my mother in law, Ghislaine, whom we affectionately called Gigi. She was an excellent knitter and loved the glitz. This shawl is knit from the bottom up. It is a simple 1 row repeat that allows the Sutton Glitz and the Tiny Loops to shine. It has an optional applied icord that gives the shawl a more finished look. KITS AVAILABLE at [Mont Tricot][1] **YARN** Main Color (MC): Tiny Loops by Moondrake Co or approximately 400 yarns (365 meters) of fingering weight yarn, preferably a little fluffy. Contrast Color (CC) Sutton Glitz, 2 cones, a total of 350 yards (320 meters of sequin yarn) ****** Le châle Gigi Glitz s'inspire de ma belle-mère, Ghislaine, que nous appelions affectueusement Gigi. Elle était une excellente tricoteuse et adorait les paillettes et tout ce qui brillait. Ce châle est tricoté de bas en haut. Il s'agit d'un simple motif répété sur un rang qui permet au Sutton Glitz et aux Tiny Loops de briller. Il est possible d'ajouter un icord appliqué qui donne au châle un aspect plus fini.
