Gentle feather and fan stitch patterns appear from time to time, creating subtle ripples that add just the right touch of charm. Worked in fingering weight or any yarn weight, this three-color shawl is easily adaptable in size, gauge, and yardage. It’s a relaxing, satisfying project for any knitter and a great introduction to basic lace and shawl knitting. **Dimensions** The prototype measures 50" (127 cm) wide at top edge by 21.5" (55 cm) high at point. Gauge can vary. **Difficulty** Advanced beginner or beginner lace knitter: worked mostly in garter stitch, with the use of basic stitches and simple lace techniques (yarn over, slip slip knit, knit 2 together, central double decrease). De délicats motifs en point plume et éventail viennent interrompre le point mousse, créant de jolies ondulations qui ajoutent une touche de charme à ce châle simple. Tricoté en laine de poids "fingering" ou dans n'importe quelle grosseur de laine, ce châle à trois couleurs s'adapte facilement en taille et en métrage.
