And since our vacations often take us to France, finding a name for these spring socks was easy. The pattern may look complicated, but it's actually quite easy because you only need to pay attention in 2 out of the 4 rounds of the chart. The remaining rounds are simply in knit stitch. While knitting, I couldn't decide between a green and a lilac yarn, so I decided to include **two versions of the sock** in this pattern book. One version with a **long cuff** for those cooler spring days, and a **shortie version (with a cute picot edge)** that you can continue wearing straight into the summer season. The instructions in this booklet are combined in three languages under one heading and marked with colors: (Dutch), (English), and (German). (light fingering weight), If you use a fingering sock yarn (with a gauge of 28x40) the socks will be a little wider. You need **50-60 grams for the short sock** and **70-80 grams for a pair of spring socks with a long cuff**.
