The textured pattern runs down the front of the leg and continues across the instep, while the back stays smooth and simple. The socks begin with a ribbed cuff and are worked top-down with a heel flap and short-row heel turn. After the gusset decreases, the textured pattern continues across the instep before finishing with a rounded toe and Kitchener stitch.
