Cotton Placemats

This pattern is for a cotton placemat for a cute table setting. Each placemat uses just under one ball of Paintbox Aran cotton. If your tension is tight, you might like to use a 6mm hook. The pattern is crocheted in the round, in a spiral fashion so you do not need to join each round. The pattern requires use of a magic ring to begin, double crochets and single crochets. A stitch marker is useful to keep track of the beginning of your round.
