Kría

The Kría shawl is a simple and fun project to work. With it´s easy breezy v-stitching away this shawl is such a delight to crochet!. You can make the shawl from any type of yarn and it's a great stash buster! This is also a double pattern as it includes the super cute Kría bibbon as well! which is perfect for a quick baby gift. Full Kría video tutorials for both versions are available on my YouTube channel: https://youtu.be/pAjUzdV2ez4 In this project you are working the V-stitch, so you are always working into spaces and not stitches. Which makes the project really quick and fun to work, you don't even really have to look where you´re going, you can just feel it with your fingers! Note that the V-stitch really pops when working it with stripes. you can make the shawl in any size you want, simply continue crocheting the repetion until your shawl has reached the size you want. I made the original Kría with the lovely lace wool from Hespa, using only 2 skeins. You can use any which yarn you like for this pattern. To give an example, for a medium size shawl you will need 3-4 x 50 g skein of light weight (DK) yarn.
