During the colder months of the year, I always crave simple, heavier shawls to knit and to wear. This shawl kept me feeling cozy from cast on to that first wrap around my shoulders! This shawl is knit from corner to corner, sideways, increasing along one edge. **FINISHED MEASUREMENTS** Wingspan - 87”/221 cm Depth - 34”/86.5 cm **YARN REQUIREMENTS** *These are just approximations. Total yarn usage will depend on the yarn you use (fiber content, ply, etc.), your personal gauge, and any modifications you may make.* Worsted Weight in 3 colors A - 207 g/435 yds/398 m B - 114 g/248 yds/227 m C - 85 g/255 yds/233 m **SUGGESTED YARN** *For this shawl I chose to use 3 very different yarns together to create a fantastic shawl to wrap up in!* A - Wing and a Prayer Farm Cormo (100 g/210 yds) - 2-3 skeins Saxon Blue (sky blue) *This yarn is super bouncy and full of energy!* B - Onyx Fiber Arts Worsted (100 g/218 yds) - 1-2 skein/s Thalisa (dark blue) *This yarn is all about softness and drape!* C - Spincycle Yarns Dream State (50 g/150 yds) - 2 skeins Heliotrope (multi-colored) *This yarn adds an element of color that keeps it super fun to knit as you watch the colors change!* *I used 2 skeins of yarn A and 1 skein of yarn B with little leftover. Most yarn makers are generous with the weight of their skeins, which is why more grams were used than what is listed on the label.
