Op Knit

The pattern will be free for a limited time - because I think we all need a bit of cheering up. It's a really relaxing satisfying and soothing knit based on one of Barbara Walker's mosaic stitch patterns. The instructions are both written and charted so you can choose the way you prefer to work. There are 2 versions: - provisional cast-on and kitchener (lots of options for wear as you can rotate the colours) - cable cast-on with purl edge and no joining (fewer options, but no kitchenering ☻) I have listed this is sport weight, but you can use fingering, sport or DK - or any combination of 2 similar weights. The gauge should be about 20st per 4"/20cm, but isn't critical - you'll just end up with a snugger or looser cowl.
