It’s a simple, easy to follow pattern that you don’t have to concentrate on too much, making it great for hooking while watching Christmas movies! This pattern is designed for sock/4ply yarn but feel free to use a different weight if you wish, you’ll just need to adjust your hook size. Gauge isn’t important with this shawl, just bear in mind if you use a heavier weight yarn, your shawl will end up bigger. My shawl measured approx 183cm long x 44cm wide Each of the 24 colour sections requires 5-10g of yarn. On my test shawl pictured I used scraps so the amount of rows in each colour varied. You can either do the same amount of rows in each colour or vary it, it’s up to you!
