*This tam uses five shades of Milarrochy Tweed, featuring a large floral motif. Perfect for leading the revolution with compassion and keeping your head warm while fighting the good fight. The tam is named for Tettegouche State Park, in Minnesota.*
**Yarn**
Kate Davies Designs Milarrochy Tweed (70% wool; 30% mohair; 100m / 109yds per 25g ball). 1 ball of each of the following shades:
A Hirst
B Horseback Brown
C Garth
D Ardlui
E Buckthorn
**Needles and Notions**
40cm / 16in below gauge-size circular needle.

**Gauge**
30 sts and 32 rounds to 10cm / 4in over colourwork on gauge-size needle. Gauge was achieved on 3 mm / US 2.5 needle.
**Sizing**
Depending on your preference, this hat can be stretched and blocked over a plate to create a relatively slouchy tam or blocked into a beanie.
