The design includes a variation of brioche stitch and is knitted with two colors which brings fun and variety into the knitting process. The original sample is worked with a pure alpaca yarn and is with that a warm but lightweight piece to wear. No special techniques are included in this pattern except for the brioche stitch. **MEASUREMENTS** Wingspan: 78.5” / 200 cm Center depth: 22.5” / 57 cm **YARN** *Note: Yarn amounts given are based on average requirements and are approximate.* LC (light color): 96 g / 294 m / 322 yrd of a Fingering Weight yarn + DC (dark color): 70 g / 403 m / 441 yrd of a Fingering Weight yarn Sample uses: 2 x Drops “Flora” (210 m / 230 yd / 50 g) Color: 22 2 x Drops “Flora” (210 m / 230 yd / 50 g) Color: 05 **NEEDLES** *Note: The needle size is a recommendation. A gauge swatch must be made to determine the appropriate needle size.* US 4 (3.50 mm) circular needles with at least 32”/80 cm cable **NOTIONS** Tapestry needle, scissors **GAUGE washed and blocked** 15 sts and 19 (brioche)rows to 4” (10 cm) in main pattern: RS: (brk1, SL1yo), WS: (SL1yo, brk1) ----------- „Contrast Love“ ist ein dreieckiges Tuch, das horizontal von einer Spitze zur anderen gestrickt wird. Das Design umfasst eine Variation des Brioche-Musters und wird mit zwei Farben gestrickt, was Spaß und Abwechslung in den Strickprozess bringt. Das Originalmuster wurde mit reinem Alpaka-Garn gearbeitet und ist dadurch ein warmes, aber leichtes Kleidungsstück.
