Dena the Bunny Mitts

These fingerless mittens have a special place to felt your pet’s fur right into them. They are made with Merino/Angora blend for a nice halo effect but you can use any feltable yarn. I designed these for my daughter who has a pet bunny named Dena. Every summer Dena sheds quite a bit and wanted to make something that my daughter could always remember her by. The mittens are pretty basic with a small charted section that will be the base to felt the fur onto. I’ve created these with a bunny chart but I plan to add a cat chart as eventually. I've included blank square and rectangle charts to allow freehand felting as well. Medium Adult size & more images coming soon!
