The December Scarf

> Buy any two patterns on Ravelry and > get 20% off The December Scarf is a versatile bandana-style scarf knitting pattern written in three sizes and designed to be easily adapted to suit your yarn, gauge, finished size or the amount of yarn you have available. The three written sizes are designed to wrap approximately once, twice or three times around the neck, taking the December Scarf from a neat little neckerchief through to a larger scarf that edges into shawl territory. The scarf is knitted flat from the bottom up, beginning at the tip of the triangular bib. Increases are worked on every right-side row before the ties are shaped one at a time using short rows. A continuous I-cord edge is integrated throughout the pattern before finishing with an I-cord bind-off. Work your December Scarf in a single colour or use two colours to create simple stripes. The written pattern uses Aran/Worsted weight yarn, but full guidance is included for substituting another yarn weight or gauge.
