For the Love of Sam Mitts

These mitts were designed to raise funds for Full of Joy, a local animal sanctuary and rescue centre (who house a pig called Sam). ALL proceeds from the sale of this pattern will go to charity. I use recycled, secondhand, charity shop finds, and donated yarns to craft a number of items, all sold to raise funds for local, national, and international charities. Thus I don’t always know the brand / colour of yarns used. For this pattern I used 4 ply yarn, a 2.75 mm circular needle, and 2.75mm dpns for the thumbs. Size and finished measurements: Women’s size medium, approximately 20cm long, and 20cm in circumference, measured just below the thumb. Gauge: 32 stitches and 38 rows = 10cm in stranded pattern.
