Cluck Luck Cardigan

This cardigan was inspired by my love for using scraps/single skeins in a way that showcases them. You will essentially be playing one long game of yarn chicken - HENce the name (and optional intarsia chickens) **SEEKING TESTERS** Boxy, cropped fit. Top down raglan crewneck cardigan with neckline shaping. Modest balloon sleeve. Applied garter buttonbands with icord edges. 9 available sizes: 71-157cm designed chest circumference fit. Designed with avg 20-30cm postive ease, with gradually less positive ease in larger sizes. **Materials:** Worsted-Aran yarn Assorted scraps - recommend a blend of different textures for added contrast Can also hold thinner yarns together (ex: dk + mohair lace wt) to get similar gauge - lean into the imperfection!! 5mm circular needles (optional 2mm dpn for buttonband) 8-10 medium buttons (or make your own - instructions included) stitch markers & typical notions The neutral version was originally created by me in 2024, using a collection of scraps and single skeins (*cough* baby knitter core). I have since altered the raglan lines to bring in the armpit, added neck shaping, and swapped the 1x1 rib banding to a garter buttonband to compliment the purl bump color changes. So fun getting to reimagine and improve a project, and see how much my technical and design skills have improved over the years!
