Code good until 9/20** Pattern originally designed for Woolly Llama Yarns and the 2026 Sierra Nevada Yarn Crawl Sizes: One Size Finished Dimensions: neck circumference – 25 inches/ 63.5 cm, front height – 22 inches/ 56 cm, back height – 5 inches/ 13 cm Yarn: Malabrigo Arroyo Sport, 100% Merino, 334 yards / 100 grams Yardage: Color 1 (C1): 300 yards/ 274 meters Color 2 (C2): 300 yards/ 274 meters Gauge: 22 stitches and 32 rows = 4 inches/ 10 cm in stockinette on size 5 needles Needles: US 5/ 3.75 mm Notions: Stitch markers, and darning needle for weaving in ends. Notes: The cowl is worked from the top down, first flat and then joined and worked in the round. For the slipped stitches: On the right side all slipped stitches are slipped with yarn in back and on wrong side rows they are slipped with the yarn in front unless otherwise noted.
