Ribbons twist and twirl as they run the length of this asymmetrical shawl. Worked with mosaic knitting, you’ll only need to use one color of yarn at a time. This shawl combines mosaic color patterning with texture patterning. The main color is worked in garter stitch throughout, while the contrasting color is worked in smooth stockinette. Here's a video on how to work mosaic knitting: +[media title][2] Gauge is not critical for this pattern, but using a different yarn weight or needle size will affect the size of the finished project. The shawl’s size is very easy to customize in order to use up all of one’s yarn. Work the Main Pattern as many or as few times as you wish. This shawl would also look great if worked in a heavier weight yarn on larger needles (though please note that this will change the amount of yardage you’ll need). Find a yarn and needle combo that makes a good fabric for you!
