Classic Knitted Sweater

OVERVIEW This classic knitted sweater, is ideal for both ladies and gents. It has a crew neck and set-in sleeves, and is worked bottom-up in 4 pieces, the Back, the Front and 2 sleeves. The pattern is in 3 sizes and where figures differ, the sizes are separated by forward slashes. If only 1 figure is given, it applies to all sizes. Instructions for Right-Handed are the same unless otherwise stated. **MATERIALS** 1. 4-5 x 100g skeins of DK yarn. 2. S3¾ mm straight knitting needles (US5/UK9), S4½ mm straight knitting needles (US7/UK7). 3. Yarn needles, st markers, st holders, tape measure, scissors. **GAUGE** 5¼ sts = 1 in, over stockinette st, using S4½ mm needles.
