Our Last Summer Cowl

The flowers at the end of summer always seem the prettiest. The muted colours used for this design were chosen to reflect the last of the summer blooms. This design moves quietly through the flowers of a walled garden. The cowl is worked from the bottom up, on circular needles, using a chart rather than written design instructions. Knitted using King Cole Luxury Merino DK weight yarn in two contrasting colours, or your favourite skein of hand dyed yarn, this is another opportunity for you to develop your colourwork skills. Sizes: One size. This pattern can be adjusted by adding or removing multiples of 24 stitches. You will need a 4mm circular needle, approx. 50-60cm in length.
