Mirabella the Dog

Height 22 cm (8.7 inches). *Mirabella loves paddling as much as Didi and Tsutsu do, but as she is not officially a kid anymore, she looks for good reasons to spend time by the river, preferably with her paws in the current. Also included: patterns for the suspender trousers and the sleeveless sweater. **Yarn** For this little dog, the combination of yarns is totally up to you, depending on the nuances of colours and the degree of fluffiness you would like. It’s the perfect opportunity for your stash to reveal its treasures and for you to compose your own recipe of your little friend’s fur. You may have to adjust the needle size to get the right tension. As shown here, Mirabella is knitted with two yarns held together: Knitting for Olive Merino and Lamb and kid Birdie. It gives a yarn roughly equivalent to a sport weight yarn and the combination is knitted with 2.75 mm (US 2) needles. As shown here, her suspender trousers is also knitted with two yarns held together as the main color: Lamb and kid Birdie and Riverknits Chimera, in order to get the same overall weight as the combination used to knit Mirabella. Complementary color: Riverknits Nene 4 ply, colorway Catherine Wheel. The sleeveless pullover uses fingering weight yarn. **Extras** 6 mm dark-brown safety eyes. Worked fully seamlessly, all in one piece. Instructions written to be worked with any set-up for knitting very small circumferences (long circular for Magic loop, double pointed needles, flexible double pointed needles such as Addi Crazy Trio).
