Elemental Seal

Elemental Seal is part of my She Who Sees series — a collection exploring intuition, symbolism and transformation. Inspired by Wiccan symbolism and the five elements — Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Spirit — this mandala was designed to resemble an ancient seal, shield or talisman: bold, raw and mysterious. The pattern combines traditional crochet with overlay mosaic crochet. The centre can hold a small ring with a crystal, stone, charm or talisman of your choice, or the design can be made as a doily without the centre ring.
