Colours Headscarf & Vest

Colours Headscarf & Vest are worked using the same colorwork pattern. The colorwork is provided in charts. Both are worked in the round using the steeking technique and the magic loop technique. *Headscarf* Colours Headscarf is worked from the bottom up in the round with increases. The colorwork is worked following the charts and the color map. Once the body is complete, the steek is cut open. The side edges are worked by picking up stitches along the sides, then the ties are worked using the double knitting technique and are applied to the front edge. *Vest* Colours Vest is worked from the bottom up in the round. The colorwork is worked following the charts and the color maps. Once the body is complete, the shoulders are joined using Three-needle bind-off. Then steeks on armholes are cut open and the edges are worked by picking up the stitches. The steek on front is also cut open and the edges are worked by picking up the stitches along the left and right fronts, hem and back of the neck. Finally, the ties are applied to the front. **About the Colorwork** The colorwork is worked with two colors throughout the pattern. You may use your preferred method for holding the two yarns or catching floats.
