Two large hexagonal motifs are folded and joined to naturally form the shape of a garment. Unlike a standard hexagon cardigan, the collar shaping is worked as part of each motif, and the motifs are joined together while working. **STITCH PATTERN** The Love Knot stitch is created by drawing out a long chain loop and connecting it with a single crochet, forming a beautiful lace pattern. The stitch takes on a completely different character depending on the yarn: delicate linen creates an airy, refined look, while a lofty wool produces a softer, more textured feel. Another advantage is that less yarn is needed compared to conventional crochet fabrics. **SIZE SELECTION** The measurements are calculated based on gauge. At the corners and edges of the hexagon, the open lace fabric tends to compress, which means the finished garment often runs approximately one size smaller than expected.
