*Pattern publishes August 15th, 2026.*
This pullover is made up of crocheted squares, shaped squares (trapezoids), triangles, and trimmed with 1x1 ribbing. It is an intermediate level pattern with short row shaping in the knitting. The short rows are subtle in the neckline and hem and shapes the sleeves tapering it from the underarm to the cuff. Size 1a and b has a narrower neckline; the rest of the sizes have a wider neckline. Listed is a guide for four sizes, each have a narrower sleeve with shallower yoke depth (**a** sizes) and a wider sleeve with deeper yokes (**b**), for eight sizes total. If adapting the pattern to your preferred fit, I recommend keeping the number of squares in the body and triangles at the underarm of the sleeves, the same as one of the listed sizes. This will allow for the transition to the knitted underarm/side sections to remain as written.
**SIZE** 1a (1b, 2a, 2b, 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b)
NOTE: there are four finished chest circumferences for the garment. The **a** and **b** variations differ in yoke depth and sleeve
circumference.
**FINISHED MEASUREMENTS**
Chest/hem circumference: 36 (36, 42, 42, 54, 54, 66, 66)” / 91.5 (91.5, 106.5, 106.5, 137, 137, 167.5, 167.5) cm.
Yoke depth: 9 (12, 9, 12, 12, 15, 15, 18)” / 23 (30.5, 23, 30.5, 30.5, 38, 38, 45.5) cm.
Armhole Depth: 7.5 (11.5, 7.5, 11.5, 11.5, 15.25, 15.25, 19)” / 19 (54.5, 19, 54.5, 54.5, 38.75, 38.75, 48.25) cm
Cuff circumference: 8.5 (11.5, 8.5, 11.5, 8.5, 11.5, 8.5, 11.5)” / 21.5 (29, 21.5, 29, 21.5, 29, 21.5, 29) cm.
Recommended ease: 2 – 10” / 5 – 25.5 cm positive ease. Chest/hem circumference can be adjusted in the knitted side/sleeve rows of work for a size between the listed measurements. This can be done by working fewer sets of short rows, it may require some experimenting with a longer/shorter row turn sequence. Note that modifications will change the amount of yarn used and differ from the pattern's listed yardage.
