Parallel Lines Cowl

Debbie’s love of geometric shapes and symmetry led her firmly by the hand to the design board for this pattern. It flows beautifully and the effect really striking. The cowl is worked from the bottom up, on circular needles, using a chart rather than written design instructions. Knitted using Malabrigo Rios worsted weight yarn in natural or undyed, and a contrasting colour, this is another opportunity for you to develop your colourwork skills. Parallel Lines would also work well with a skein of your favourite hand dyed yarn, and some undyed yarn in a contrasting colour. You will need 100g (200m) DK for the main colour, and approx 50g (100m) for the contrast colour. The cowl is worked on 4mm/40-50cm circular needles.
