The thinner the yarn chosen, the lacier the fabric will be. This one was made with sport weight yarn on size US 9 / 5.5 mm needles creating a wonderful drape. A perfect summer top that will pair with a sexy bralette or over a bathing suit or tank top. The construction is top-down, beginning with the Back stitches which are worked down to the underarm with a bit of shaping. The Front is worked the same way, and then both pieces are joined together at the underarm. From there, the body is worked in the round down to the split hi / low hem. The strap stitches are picked up from the Front and to the Back after working to the desired length. **Sizes: 1 (2, 3, 4, 5) (6, 7, 8)** **Measurements:** 32 (36, 40, 44, 48) (52, 56, 60)” / 81.5 (91.5, 101.5, 112, 122) (132, 142, 152.5) cm bust circumference. Recommended ease: -2 to +4” at bust. Choose a size that is 2”/ 5 cm smaller to 4” / 10 cm bigger than your actual bust size. Sample 1 is Size 2 with 4”/ 10 cm of positive ease.
