The Rene Grid Vest features a simple knit and purl texture reminiscent of grid or graph paper, a quiet nod to the mathematics behind knitting and the thoughtful decisions that shape every garment. This vest is designed with a structured shoulder and neckline that transitions into a relaxed body. This vest offers a timeless silhouette you’ll keep reaching for every season. * The back panel is worked flat, with increases for a drop shoulder and additional increases to shape the back armholes. * The front chest panels are picked up from the shoulders and worked separately to shape the neckline and armholes. Front & back panels are then joined and worked back & forth to the desired length. *The hem, and armholes are finished with 1x1 twisted rib with the neckline finished with a simple 1-row then bind off. ***Includes Gauge-Based Size Selection Guidance*** In addition to standard sizing instructions, this pattern includes guidance for selecting a size based on *your blocked stitch gauge* and adjusting fit using *your row gauge*.
