Frankie Top

Frankie is a light and comfortable summer camisole with an open v-neck design that is mirrored on the back side and is knit seamlessly from the bottom up. It is an easy knit for all levels and works up fast in stockinette stitch. I-cord shoulder straps finish the top and shaping at the waist adds some structure to the fit. The body is knit in stockinette stitch for a simple and quick project. The top is divided into four sections and worked flat. Finished with i-cord shoulder straps that are adjusted for a custom fit. Techniques Used: Shaping/Decreasing/Increasing, i-cord, kitchener stitch. Sizes: (XS, S, M, L) [XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL] Measurements: Bust: (32, 36, 40, 44) [48, 52, 56, 60] " / (81, 91.5, 101½ , 112) [122, 132, 142, 152½ ] cm Length: (20½ to 23½) " / (52 to 60 cm) (including straps) - customized to desired length. The top is designed with approx. 0 - 2 cm / 0 – 0.8” positive ease Yarn: Sample is knit in Sandnes Garn Line, a linen/cotton blend that is light with a little bit of drape, perfect for summer. Shown in color Baby Blue. Suggested needles: US 4 (3.5mm) 24"/ 60" circular US 6 (4mm) 24"/60" circular (length should be slightly shorter than circumference of project) US 6 (4mm) dpns Or size needed to obtain gauge. Gauge: Gauge: 20 stitches and 28 rows on size 6 needles (4mm), in stockinette stitch after blocking = 4 inches. *Adjust needle size to obtain gauge.
