We then pick up stiches for the neck work a 1x1 rib in the round before knitting a folded collar. We then pick up stitches for the arms, work german short rows to shape the shoulders and then knitting in the round whilst working decreases, and then finish with a 1x1 rib and cast off with Italian bind off.
