Then, the back part is finished without increases until the armpits. The back part stitches are now put on hold and the front parts are worked separately from each other with increases to shape the round neck and in a lace pattern alternated by a ribbed pattern. Finally, front and back part are joined under the armpits and the body of the sweater is finished in lace pattern alternated by a ribbed pattern in the round and finished off with a hem in 1x1 half twisted ribbing. Now, pick up stitches along the armholes for the sleeves and work the sleeve in the lace pattern alternated by the ribbed pattern in the round, until the sleeves reach shortly before your wrists. Work a few decreases and then finish off the sleeves with cuffs in 1x1 half twisted ribbing, matching the body hem of the sweater. Last, but not least, the round neck is finished with a double folded collar in 1x1 half twisted ribbing. The sweater has an oversized fit with drop shoulders and a short body length.
