Thalia Cardigan

The **Thalia Cardigan** is an all over lace round neck raglan cardigan with slight balloon sleeves and delicate picot edge details along the hem, collar, and cuffs. This design features an elegant repeating lace motif providing an airy and light fabric, allowing the cardigan to be both breathable and warm. Due to the nature of the lace pattern, the body and sleeves of the cardigan are knit from the bottom up, jumping right into knitting lace. The sleeves and body are joined together and raglan shaping is worked to create structure to the yoke. A double knit button band is worked on either side of the body edge, and the picot edge hem and collar are worked last. The underarm seams are seamed closed and buttons are sewn to the button band to complete the cardigan.
