Sweet little bobbles are the feature of the Carbonated Cowl, a fun, perky winter neck scarf! The pattern uses Super Bulky yarn, or yarns held together to make Super Bulky gauge. I have written the pattern for one size with suggestions for altering it if needed. There are coordinating headband and hat patterns available, too.
