The 100s & 1000s shawl has an allover textured pattern featuring mini cables and slipped stitches inside a border of i-cord. It is an easily memorisable and engaging pattern, perfect for showcasing beautiful yarns. **Sample Finished Measurements** Wingspan: 49" / 124.5 cm. Depth: 12" / 30.5 cm. Instructions given to customise size   **Materials of sample** Yarn: 100g of The Wandering Flock Fingering Singles (100% extra-fine superwash Merino wool, 400 yds / 365m – 100g), in the colourway 100’s & 1000’s held together with 50g of CaMaRose Midnatssol (54% baby alpaca, 36% lyocell, 10% Merino wool, 218 yds / 200m – 25g) in the colourway 9520 Lys Pudder.   *Or approx. 400 yds / 365m of fingering-weight yarn held together with 400 yds / 365m of fluffy lace-weight yarn.* It is recommended to use yarns with good drape and elasticity such as wool or alpaca held with fluffy lace weight yarn. Plant fibres such as cotton are not recommended.    **Needles**: US 6 / 4 mm circular needles, at least 32" / 80 cm long.   Notions: 1 locking stitch marker, cable needle (optional), blocking wires or pins.   **Gauge** 33 sts x 31 rows to 4" / 10 cm on US 6 / 4 mm needles in stitch pattern, after blocking.
